Trusound is a registered computer systems design company (NAICS 541512) and Google Cloud Partner. We design and deploy integrated platforms, internal tooling, and production systems on Google Cloud Platform with deep Claude and Gemini integration.

## Engagements

Trusound offers two engagement models:

- Build and Operate ($12,500/month, month to month, cancel anytime): Design, build, and run your integrated platform on Google Cloud. Architecture, GCP infrastructure, Claude and Gemini integration deployed to production. Then ongoing: monthly feature or optimization cycle, monitoring, cost review, ops reporting. One engagement at a time.
- Company OS ($25,000/month, by application): The deepest engagement. Full integrated platform designed end to end, codifying how your company operates into a unified, self-improving system. Everything in Build and Operate, plus full platform design and operating context codification. By application, currently limited.

All engagements include defined scope, written scope documents, working demos, full documentation, and clean handoff. Client owns all code, infrastructure, and IP. Month to month, no lock-in.
